By using our Software or Online Service (collectively, the "Products"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Products, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Continued use indicates your acceptance of all terms and any updates.

2.1 Desktop PDF Editor (Software)

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on your device(s) for personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms and any applicable license or subscription agreement.

  • You may be required to register an account and provide relevant information to access certain features.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information.

4. User Content & Uploaded Files

  • You retain ownership of all PDF files and other content ("User Content") that you upload or create using the Products.
  • By uploading or processing User Content, you grant us a license to store, process, and, where necessary, display or transmit your files to enable service provision.
  • You are solely responsible for the legality and appropriateness of your User Content and for ensuring that you have all necessary rights and permissions.

5. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use the Products for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
  • Upload, create, or share content that is illegal, infringing, or in violation of third-party rights.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software or Online Service.
  • Distribute, sublicense, resell, lease, or otherwise transfer the Software or Online Service to third parties.
  • Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Products.

6. Intellectual Property

Except for your User Content, the Software, Online Service, and all related materials - including but not limited to code, text, graphics, logos, and interface design - are the exclusive property of Icecream Apps or its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Proprietary Notice

The Products are powered by Icecream Apps. All software, website content, and related materials are owned by Icecream Apps, which retains all rights, title, and interest. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Subscriptions, Cancellations, & Refund Policy

  • Subscriptions: Paid features may be available via subscription or one-time payment. You agree to pay the fees specified at the time of purchase.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting support. After cancellation, access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. The subscription will not renew.
  • Refunds: Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy, described on the website.

9. Updates and Modifications

We may update, enhance, or discontinue any part of the Products, with or without notice. Updates may be installed automatically or require your action. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the changes.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Products at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or as necessary for security or legal reasons. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the Software.

11. Data Security & Privacy

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ICECREAM APPS AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCTS.

THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOUR USE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Our Products may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy, or practices.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page and become effective immediately. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
