  • Uploaded PDF files and User Content on the Online Service are stored only as long as necessary for processing and are deleted after completion, unless you choose to retain them or as required by law.
  • You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to any legal obligations to retain information.
  • All the files that are being uploaded to our Service for the further processing and the newly generated output files are kept on our servers for as long as 2 hours. This time of files' storing provides you with a solid opportunity to have sufficient time to download the files from our servers. We do not make any backups of the files uploaded and processed. We do not share or provide access to these files to third-party websites or persons. Within 2 hours of the files being kept on our server, they will be permanently deleted.

6. Data Security

We have implemented reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. However, no internet transmission or storage method is 100% secure.

7. International Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries where we and our service providers operate. Data protection laws in these countries may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

We use Mailchimp for newsletter and marketing emails. Through Mailchimp, we track emails, including who opens the emails and who clicks on which link.

Google Analytics

The information generated by the cookie is be transmitted to and stored by Google. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. Google Analytics help us understand the use of our site by our visitors. ICECREAM APPS uses Avangate B.V. (www.avangate.com) for processing of secured payments for purchases made on the Site. The entire purchase process is managed by Avangate, who acts as ICECREAM APPS’s authorized merchant and reseller. By making a purchase on the website via Avangate, you authorize ICECREAM APPS to use Avangate to process your transactions and to transfer personal information to them, but only to the extent needed to complete the transaction and manage your purchases. No credit card information is ever stored on servers controlled by us. Avangate has our permission to store, on our behalf, the data pertaining to the executed transactions by customers of the website (including credit card information) with the goal of ensuring a secure method of payment and proof of purchase archive, allowing for the protection of our customers, and for follow-up as needed. This transactional data may be used for validation and registration purposes of our customers, and to trace any fraudulent activities if necessary.

Paddle

ICECREAM APPS uses Paddle.com Market Ltd (www.paddle.com) for processing of secured payments for purchases made on the Site.
